Fundraising events.
4 Directions Powwow committee and council recently held a fundraising event. Happy to announce that our event was a Sucess. :-) . The drums Brought their "A Game". Food was fantastic. Plenty of frriends and family with good conversations and laughs. A HUUUUGE thank you going out to all who came out and participated. Wela'lioq (thank you). Said in Mi'kmaq.
Fundraising Event
WIlton Blueberry Festival. Wilton Maine
Very happy to say that we will be participating in the Wilton Blueberry Festival. We will be having a float and are actively seeking anyone who is interested in helping us create and build this float along with walking beside to hand out and distribute candy. The Council has decided to also do an Indian Taco food booth. if you have never had one.. come and get one. Delish!! or if you just want to come out and ask us questions.. that is wonderful too. see ya then and at the pow wow.
